Faheem Thalib

Faheem Thalib was born in the Colombo (capital) of Sri Lanka in 1968, parents
background from Aluthgama which is the southern part of the Kalutara district. He
studied in Zahira College Aluthgama for his GCE O/L 1985 and in 1988 Travel to
Japan for Employment and studied at the Japan School of Advance Technology in
Kawasaki Naka Ku. There he studied metal forming, Engineering and became
qualified as a Welding engineer in 1992.

He worked for several years as a Engineer in sub Company of Fujimori machine
manufacture for food and beverage, Kawasaki Japan.

He migrated to UK in 1999, lived in Croydon, Surrey for the last ten years and
currently lives in Watford, Hertfordshire for four years during which time he served
as the Director of Islamic Studies for the Joint Committee of Muslim Organizations
(British Sri Lanka Moors Association) of UK.

He is an editor of an International monthly magazine for tamil-literate Muslims
around the world. The Magazine called "NERVALI"(The Right Path)and spreading
Islam in tamil and English through the online and Licensed press ( Nervali
Publishers Sri Lanka )and interpret Islam with Ministry of Education.

He is widely known as a Daa'ee amongst tamil-speaking Muslims in 2008 and he
has done junior reporter and Journalist in Sri Lanka College of Journalism and
qualified 2009
He has been Apointed as Tamil Islamic Dawah Organizer for whole of Europe in
2009.
